Art Scout's boutique tours offer a personalised service to help you discover what’s happening in the Adelaide art scene.

The boutique art tours seek to uncover Adelaide’s vibrant art scene for international, interstate and local visitors.

There is so much more to see than the cultural institutions in the CBD, yet those smaller galleries are sometimes difficult to find.

Art Scout has chosen some interesting galleries to visit around Adelaide. You will see contemporary art from emerging and established artists in some great galleries and studios.

Art Scout Tours run every Wednesday to Friday, and include pickup and return from your central hotel or our pickup-point.

There is ample time to relax in between galleries, both over a coffee break at an arty cafe, and later over lunch where you can sample fine South Australian produce and wine at quality restaurants!

Each full day tour also visits an artist’s studio. The artist takes us through their studio, often their home, and shows us how they work.

Regional Tours

Start the day with a scenic country drive through the Adelaide Hills to the wine regions of McLaren Vale or the Barossa Valley. View art in a variety of venues including galleries, wineries and private studios. A coffee break will recharge your batteries on the journey to uncover great art. Feast on fresh regional food and superb local wines in quality restaurants and you will be in the mood for more art discoveries. There will be an opportunity to do some wine tasting as well.

Festivals and Private Tours

SALA – The South Australian Living Artist Festival takes place each year during August. This amazing festival showcases the rich diversity of South Australia's local talent. With 3,000 visual artists in 500 metropolitan and regional venues there is sure to be something for everyone.

Fleurieu Biennale – This festval celebrates landscape painting in the beautiful McLaren Vale wine district with many exhibitions in wineries.
